How can we truly “see and hear the other” as stated in our new Identity Statement? It is not enough to say, we are all One, I don’t see differences…and leave it at that. We have moved past the time when asking this question silently to ourselves is enough. We must find a way to enter into what can be a challenging conversation, or this amazing heart to heart connective experience will allude us. Let’s first explore how we can welcome in the new, the different, and the unknown into our moment-to-moment experience.
