Todays reading is taken from the Science of Mind Magazine February 26, 2014 written by Eugene Holden and is entitled You Can Trust This:
We all have had experiences where we may have felt that no one can be trusted. We may have been lied to and betrayed. After these types of experiences, it can be a challenge to trust. However, it takes trust to walk the path of Love. To walk this path of Love, we are called to trust ourselves first. When we trust ourselves to make the right decisions for ourselves, everyone benefits. There is a deeper lesson here. Trusting ourselves completely is to love ourselves completely. As we learn to love and trust ourselves completely, we begin a new order of living. The more we can do this, the more we get to experience life more abundantly. Trust that you have been given everything you need to manifest and experience the life of your desires. Trust that there is a power within you that is greater than all the seeming failures of the outside world. Trust that you are guided and directed to experience God’s greatest good for your life. As we begin to live from this deep and abiding trust in the God that surrounds us and lives within us, we will come to realize that yes, every day is a holiday, and every meal is indeed a banquet. We live our lives in grace, joy, and gratitude. This you can trust.
