“Be still and know”, the scriptures said. “But how?” they asked. “Sit with It” is an opportunity to find out in a easeful way with others who also seek to expand their practice of presence. This 30 minute weekly gathering is offered to help participants connect with Source and with themselves; increase awareness, peace, and resilience; calm the monkey brain in us all; release and let go of areas that trip us up; develop a practice we can use in any situation.
